Statuses flip to “Declared” the moment the Shillong ground announces each round.

Where the Number Comes From

Each round works the same way. Archers shoot a set volley at the target, and counters tally every arrow that lands on it. The winning number is simply the last two digits of that tally. If 2,978 arrows hit the target, the round’s teer result is 78. Nothing else decides it: no draw machine, no computer pick, just the archery.
